Consulting & Coaching Services

Leadership coaching

I will work one-on-one or in small groups with your leadership and HR department to develop successful strategies for diversifying your staff. This can include creating strategies for attracting and recruiting new employees as well as strategies for managing existing employees.

Staff coaching

For companies who have existing employees who need coaching on executive functioning and communication strategies, I will work one-on-one with your employee, either remotely or on the job site, to develop strategies to meet individual needs for skill building. Coaching topics include

  • Prioritizing
  • Time management
  • Task initiation and completion
  • Communicating successfully with co-workers and supervisors
  • Information and sensory processing
  • Many other common challenges

All coaching services are billed at $125 per hour. Annual packages are available.

Workplace environment assessment

If you would like feedback on how welcoming your company culture is for people with autism and related developmental disabilities, you can hire me to “work” at your company for a day. I will observe and provide a summary at the end of the day of what you are doing well and what needs improvement.

This can be especially helpful at the beginning of our working relationship and repeated after a year to see how our strategies have positively impacted your company culture and work environment.

Cost: $750 per 8-hour day. Longer assessment periods can be arranged.

Workshops

Each workshop topic can be delivered in a 2-hour session for $1500 or a more hands-on 3-hour session for $2,000. Custom workshops are available on request and prices vary.

  • $6,000 annually for 50 hours of coaching, including up to 2 workshops, plus annual assessment
  • $12,000 annually for 100 hours, including up to 3 workshops, plus annual assessment and option for custom workshops
